Leading Swedish commercial real estate company, Fabege, is set to open its second CoW coworking location this September. Located at Pyramidvägen 7 in Arenastaden, Stockholm, the new space follows the success of their inaugural CoW Kabelverket in Älvsjö.
The new facility at Arenastaden, a growing business hub adjacent to Mall of Scandinavia, will cover 1436 sqm. With 24 office rooms, 40 desks, and 13 meeting rooms, it is equipped to serve businesses of up to 20 employees. Its location and amenities make it a strategic choice for businesses in Stockholm.
Fabege has long been seen as a commercial property owner that works closely together with it's tenants to produce great office products. Their foray into coworking exemplifies their willingness to not just own properties but also actively create office experiences push the boundaries of the market. Fabege have previously launged a concept called WaW, or Work away from Work, which are lounge spaces aimed towards their tenants away from their headquarters.
