IWG and ADR Fastigheter have signed a lease agreement regarding 1 412sqm of office space in Spånga, Stockholm. The coworking space will be in an industrial area known as Lunda, Northwest of Stockholm, at Fagerstagatan 58. The center will be known as Spånga HQ and will open during the summer of 2023.
Fastpartner currently operates a coworking space through their brand Fastoffice located on Fagerstagatan 18. Other than that there aren't any competitors in the direct vicinity of where Regus will be opening.
IWG has been expanding rapidly in Sweden over the recent years and currently operated 10 locations in Stockholm under both the Regus and Spaces brand.
